OUR STORY
We are 23LEGAL. Welcome to our story, and we don’t mean an epic 7 books saga about a wizard named Harry or three dragons, a man named Snow and a night king. Our story is still being written and we’ve saved a chapter or two just for you.
Now we could easily rattle of our experience (we have a ton), the cases we’ve acted in (some of the largest in Australian history) or the clients we work with (they are all amazing and we like working with all of them) but you likely don’t care about that right now, and nor should you.
Your biggest concern is what’s sitting in front of you right now. Whether this is your first dispute, you’ve been handed something that looks ominous and is drafted in English but doesn’t really make sense, or you’re an old pro, you are likely experiencing a range of emotions and critical decision points (think a strong combination of being tired and hangry staring at your UberEats app trying to decide on what to order). You need someone to jump on board and help you get to work fixing it.
This is where we come in and we love to help.
Our passion is driven in helping you solve the most complex problems which you experience, not just for today but for the future. We are your watchers on the Wall, the Patronus Charm and a friendly face who will listen to your concerns and help you find a solution. (Can you tell we’ve just been reading the Harry Potter Books and Game of Thrones recently?).
Let us make the decision process easier for you, take the stress off your plate and start the process of fixing your problems, whatever they may be.
The ball’s now in your court (figuratively and likely literally unfortunately), so lob it back over the net and give us a call. We love what we do and can’t wait to get started writing your chapter!
In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.

Disputes come in all shapes and forms.
Some are simple (think fighting with your siblings as to what to watch on Netflix). Others not so much, and there’s generally not a parent around to settle the dispute or make a decision.
When real world disputes occur, not everyone plays nice and most play to win. It can be an isolating, lonely experience with high stress levels and little light at the end of the tunnel.
Before you can make that decision, it is important to understand the three main stages of a dispute. This enables you to establish where in the dispute timeline you are and what decisions need to be made.
How you deal with the dispute is a choice, and it is generally the most important decision you will make for the entirety of the dispute.
